What the app stores, and where

Scores and sessions

The Apple Watch keeps the running session on the watch. When a session ends, the app saves it to your private iCloud database, so your iPhone can show History and Stats. Only your Apple Account can read that database. The developer has no access to it. Apple's privacy policy covers iCloud.

Health data

With your permission, the app saves each session as a workout in Apple Health. It reads your heart rate and active energy to show them in the session summary. Health data stays in Health on your devices. Padeldex never sends it anywhere else. You can change these permissions at any time in the Health app or in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.

Live score on the iPhone

The watch sends the live score to your iPhone through the mirrored workout session. This connection runs directly between your own devices.

Settings

The watch remembers your last choices on the start screen (deuce mode, teams mode, first server) on the watch itself.

What the app does not do

Deleting your data

Swipe left on a session in History on the iPhone to delete it from your iCloud. Delete workouts in the Health app. Deleting the app removes the data it keeps on your devices.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
